Experience:  I have several years in Sales, Management, Banking, Insurance, and more importantly-Mortgage Lending experience- to help sellers and  home buyers alike navigate the real estate market.

Knowledge:  My span of knowledge is not just confined to real estate, it expands into many areas that prove beneficial when negotiating contracts for sellers and buyers alike in our diverse market of southwest Missouri.

Technology:  In our ever changing and challenging real estate market-technology is a vital and versatile tool used in marketing and researching  properties.  Not having the best tools available to you  can make a BIG difference, and may result in the loss of a winning advantage for a client. There are several tools I​ implemented in my trade:  Virtual Tours,  Syndicated national websites marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Multi-Listing Service . As a past representative on our Board of Realtors Technology Committee, I am always striving to implement the newest and most useful of tools available to assist my clients.

Professional:  Serving our Realtor Association for the 2014 & 2015 year as a Board of Director, MLS Chair, Finance, and Strategic Planning advisor-I am very intuned to the challenges and opportunities our local Realtor Association chapter has upon them in this dynamic industry.
